CNOOC Energy Technology & Services Ltd is a China-based company mainly engaged in one-stop services for offshore oil and gas production. The Company operates three segments. The Energy Technology Services segment mainly focuses on the oil and gas field production phase, including oilfield engineering technology, equipment manufacturing and maintenance, and oil production. The Low-Carbon, Environmental Protection and Digitalization segment mainly includes new energy, safety and environmental protection, digital technology, and new materials, providing customers with technical services such as integrated new energy, industrial water treatment, digital intelligence technology, green coatings, new chemical materials, and carbon capture, utilization and storage (CCUS). The Energy Logistics Services segment mainly includes sales and supply chain support, providing support and guarantee services, including by-product sales, logistics and transportation, terminal bases, and onshore catering.
