Moonlight Resources Limited is an Australia-based mineral exploration company primarily focused on gold and rare earth element (REE)-uranium with projects located in Queensland, Northern Territory, Western Australia and New South Wales (NSW). The Company’s projects include the Clermont Project, MacDonnell Ranges Project, Fox Hill REE Project, Moonlight Project (EL31214) and Drysdale Uranium Project. Clermont Project is located in Queensland, and it comprises EPM 17968 and EPM 28949 within the Anakie Inlier. It hosts a gold mineralization system, including the Leo Grande deposit. The MacDonnell Ranges Project spans approximately 3,044 square kilometers (km2) in the Northern Territory, located in the Arunta Block, 120 kilometers West-Northwest of Alice Springs in the NT, and adjacent to the highly radioactive Teapot Granite Complex, an area known for high-grade uranium. Fox Hill REE Project is in NSW, comprised of 2 grants, EL9554, and EL9563, totaling 1,029 km2.
