USA Rare Earth, Inc. is a rare earth, critical minerals and advanced materials company. The Company is building a fully integrated rare earth and permanent magnet value chain across the United States, the United Kingdom, France and Brazil. Through its ownership of Less Common Metals (LCM), producers of rare earth metals and alloys, its development of magnet manufacturing capacity in Stillwater, Oklahoma, the Pela Ema mine in Brazil and the Round Top deposit in Texas, the Company operates across the entire value chain from mining to metal-making, alloy production and neodymium magnet manufacturing. Its Round Top deposit in Hudspeth County, Texas hosts 15 of the 17 rare earth elements, including all heavy rare earths (dysprosium, terbium, yttrium, and others). It has developed in-house rare earth processing capabilities at its fully equipped Wheat Ridge, Colorado R&D laboratory. It operates a 310,000 sq. ft. sintered NdFeB permanent magnet manufacturing facility in Stillwater, Oklahoma.
