EV Minerals Corporation is a Canadian exploration company focused on mineral exploration and development. The Company focuses on the EV Nickel Project, the host of the nickel-copper-cobalt deposit. The Project comprises approximately 32 mineral claims covering approximately 1,797 hectares (ha) located in the Saguenay Mining district in the Province of Quebec. The Company also has a 100% interest in two packages of claims known as the Baldwin and Lunge Projects. The Baldwin Project is comprised of the Main Baldwin Block and the Northeast Baldwin Block, which spans over 1,605 ha, with the adjacent 587-ha Lunge Project, located six km northeast, showcasing gold and critical minerals potential. It also has an option agreement to acquire the Santa Monica Copper Project (the Property), located within the Iron-oxide Copper Gold (IOCG) Belt and Atacama Fault System (AFS) of northern Chile’s Antofagasta Region, near Tocopilla, Chile.
