Mogotes Metals Inc. is a Canada-based exploration and development stage mining company. The Company is engaged in the business of acquiring and exploring mineral properties in Argentina and Chile. The Company’s principal property is the Filo Sur Project. The Filo Sur Project consists of various claims located in the Province of San Juan, Argentina, and in Chile. The Filo Sur Project is adjacent to the international border between Chile and Argentina and the Atacama region in Northern Chile. The property consists of mineral titles in both Chile and Argentina. Those in Argentina are managed by Kopano Cobre S. A (the wholly owned Argentina subsidiary of the Company) and are referred to as the Argentina Property. Those in Chile are controlled by Mogotes Metals Chile SpA (a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company based in Chile) and are referred to as the Chile Property.
