National Gas Company SAOG is an Oman-based Liquefied Petroleum Gas company. The Company’s only business segment is the marketing and selling of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) and it is involved in the provision of energy-related services across the Asian market. The Company’s services include synthetic natural gas (SNG), which is a blend of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) and diluent; Fuel Conversion LPG, which is used in industrial processes such as heating, metal processing, drying, food production, petrochemicals, powering ovens, and among others; Diesel to LPG, that is used in industrial processes such as heating, metalwork, drying, food, petrochemical production, powering furnaces, and among others. The Company’s subsidiaries include National Gas Developments SPC (Oman), NGC Energy Saudi LLC (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia), Innovative Energy Holdings Mauritius Limited Investments (Mauritius), NGC Consolidated Holding SDN BHD, and NGC Energy SDN BHD (Malaysia).
