Torque Metals Limited is an Australia-based exploration company. The Company’s projects include Paris Gold Project, New Dawn Gold Project, Edleston Gold Project, and Penzance Gold Project. Its Paris Exploration Camp is the prime asset of the Company, which covers approximately 1,200 square kilometers (km2) of land, including 16 mining licenses, two prospecting licenses and 48 exploration licenses. The Paris Gold Project mineral resource estimate3 (MRE3) includes three deposits (Paris, HHH and Observation). The Edleston Gold Project is situated in the Abitibi Belt, approximately 60km via road to the south of Timmins, Ontario, Canada. Its over 310km2 land package is surrounded by numerous processing facilities including Alamos Gold, IAMGOLD and Newmont. New Dawn’s gold potential lies in the northernmost area of the project, also known as New Dawn North. The New Dawn Gold Project comprised of approximately four exploration licenses.
