The Company holds an option to earn up to a 70% undivided interest in the Rio Madeira Project. The Company operates in one reportable segment: the exploration and evaluation of unproven exploration and evaluation assets. The Rio Madeira Gold Project is located in the Madeira River valley, Rondonia, Brazil, approximately 60 kilometers (km) west of Porto Velho. The Rio Madeira Property consists of an aggregate of approximately 18 applications for exploration licenses covering an area of over 160,000 hectares in Rondonia, Brazil.
