Carnaby Resources Limited is an exploration and development company. The Company is focused on copper and gold projects in the Mount Isa Inlier of Queensland and the Pilbara’s Mallina Basin and Yilgarn Margin of Western Australia. Its flagship Greater Duchess Copper Gold Project is located approximately 70km southeast of Mount Isa in Queensland and centered around the historical Duchess copper mining district. The Greater Duchess Copper Gold project encompasses 1,921 square kilometers (km2) of Iron Oxide Copper-Gold (IOCG) prospective tenure, including its Mount Hope, Nil Desperandum and Lady Fanny deposits. The Company’s Pilbara Gold and Lithium Projects comprise the Strelley, Mt Grant and Goldsworthy Gold Projects and the Big Hill Lithium Project. Each of these projects are located in the prospective Mallina Basin of Western Australia, northeast of the Hemi gold deposit of De Grey Mining Ltd. Its Yilgarn Margin Projects comprise the Malmac and Throssel Projects.
