The Fund seeks to track the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses,of the Solactive AuAg ESG Gold Mining Index (the Index). The Index is governed by a published, rules-based methodology and is designed to measure the performance of a global investable universe of publicly listed companies which are active in the gold mining industry that have low environmental, social and governance (ESG) risk characteristics.
