The Fund is an index tracking fund (also known as a passively managed fund).The objective of the Fund is to track the performance of large sized U.S. health care companies in the S&P 500 Index. The Fund seeks to track the performance of the S&P Health Care Select Sector Daily Capped 35/20 Index (the Index) as closely as possible. The Fund invests primarily in securities included in the Index. These securities include equity securities issued by large sized U.S. Health Care companies, which are included in the S&P 500 Index and have been classified as falling within the Health Care sector in line with the Global Industry Classification Standard (GICS).
