The Reference Index aims to reflect the performance of fixed-rate, euro-denominated, investment-grade sovereign debt issued by developed market countries in the European Economic and Monetary Union ("EMU"), excluding countries which do not fulfil specific ESG (environmental, social, and governance) criteria.
