The aim is for your investment to track the performance, before fees and expenses, of the Bloomberg US High Yield Very Liquid Index ex 144A (index). The index is based on the Bloomberg US Corporate High Yield Index (Parent Index), which reflects the performance of high-yielding fixed-interest tradable debt (bonds) denominated in US Dollar. The index tracks a subset of bonds from the Parent Index which are readily realisable and includes bonds which are issued by financial, utility, or industrial institutions that meet specific maturity, credit rating and liquidity requirements.
