The Fund seeks to track the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the WisdomTree Emerging Markets ex-StateOwned Enterprises ESG Screened Index (the Index). The Index is rule-based and is comprised of the companies from emerging market nations selected based on government ownership criteria. The Index excludes companies based on environmental, social and governance (ESG) criteria.
