The Fund is a passively managed exchange traded Fund that aims to track the performance of the Solactive Clean Water Index NTR (the Index), subject to the deduction of the ongoing charges and other costs associated with operating the Fund. The index is comprised of companies which are publically traded on various stock exchanges around the world that have expertise in providing certain services in areas such as, but not limited to, technology, digital, utility, and/or engineering for the global clean water industry (the Water Related Services) and derive a certain proportion of revenues from the provision of Water Related Services.
