The Fund is a passively managed exchange traded Fund that aims to track the performance of the Solactive Core United Kingdom Large & Mid Cap Index NTR (the Index), subject to the deduction of the ongoing charges and other costs associated with operating the Fund. The Index is designed to be a benchmark for the U.K. equity market and measures the performance of large and mid-cap publically traded U.K. companies which satisfy minimum criteria relating to liquidity and size and excludes companies in the Investment Managers Future World Protection List.
