The objective of the Fund is to track the performance of the index MSCI USA ex Mega Cap Select Index (the Index). The Index is an equity index based on the MSCI USA Index (the Parent Index), representative of the large and mid-cap stocks of the US equity market, and excluding the constituents of the MSCI USA Mega Cap Select Index.
