The fund is actively managed. The fund is not managed in reference to a benchmark. The investment objective of the Fund is to achieve mid to long term capital appreciation by investing primarily in equities from investment universe, consisting primarily of large, medium, and small sized companies listed on regulated markets in developed and emerging countries. The Investment Manager will select the Proposed Allocation according to a strategy, which selects companies, whose expected sales and/or earnings growth and/or margins are higher than the broad market.
