The fund is passively managed. The aim to track the performance, before fees and expenses, of the MSCI North America High Dividend Yield Index (index). The index is based on the MSCI North American Index (Parent Index), which is designed to reflect the performance of large and medium sized US and Canadian companies. To achieve the aim, the fund will attempt to replicate the index, before fees and expenses, by buying all or a substantial number of the securities in the index.
