The Fund seeks to track the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the WisdomTree Uranium and Nuclear Energy UCITS Index (the Index). The Index is designed to track the performance of companies involved in the uranium and nuclear energy industry. The Index was developed by WisdomTree, Inc. (WT). Companies are classified as Upstream, Midstream or Innovator categories based on their exposure to uranium and nuclear activities. The Index further seeks to exclude companies that do not meet WisdomTrees ESG (environmental, social, and governance) criteria.
