The Sub-Fund's investment objective is to replicate the performance, in both directions, of the MSCI World Ex USA Screened Select ex Thermal Coal Index denominated in USD, which is representative of the equity market performance of large and mid-cap companies of developed countries excluding the companies of the MSCI World Ex USA Index based on environmental, social and governance (ESG) criteria, while minimising the tracking error between the Sub-Fund's performance and the performance of the Benchmark Index.
