The Fund is passively managed. The objective of the Fund is to track the performance of the FTSE All-World GDP-Adjusted Index (the Index). The anticipated level of the trackingerror, under normal market conditions, is indicated in the prospectus of the Fund. The Index is a gross domestic product (GDP) adjusted version of the FTSE All-World Index (the Parent Index), an equity index representative of the largeand mid-cap stocks across developed and emerging markets countries. The Index is designed to refl ect the performance of constituent companies in anindex where country weightings represent each countrys relative GDP.
