In order to achieve its objective, the Fund will employ a passive management (or indexing) investment approach. The Fund seeks to track the price and net dividend performance, before fees and expenses, of the WisdomTree Battery Solutions Index. The index is designed to track the performance of companies primarily involved in battery and energy storage solutions (BESS) and is risk-filtered using a composite risk score (CRS) screening which is made up of two factors (quality and momentum) each carrying an equal weighting.
