The Funds investment objective is to replicate, before fees and expenses, the MVIS Global Rare Earth/Strategic Metals Index (the Index). In order to seek to achieve its investment objective, the investment policy of the Fund is to use a replication strategy by investing directly in the underlying equity securities that consists of the component securities of the Index. The Fund will be passively managed. The Index tracks the performance of the global rare earth and Strategic metals segment.
