The Funds investment objective is to replicate the price and the performance, before fees and expenses, of an index that supports sustainable food production and development and provides exposure to the performance of companies involved in food and agricultural technology, organic foods, or food companies that display high standards in food waste, food safety or environmental impact. The Fund has a sustainable investment objective. In order to seek to achieve its investment objective, the Manager will normally use a replication strategy by investing directly in the underlying equity securities of the MVIS Global Future of Food ESG Index.
