The Funds investment objective is to replicate the price and the performance, before fees and expenses, of an index that provides exposure to the performance of companies involved in oil services to the upstream oil sector being activities which relate to oil equipment, oil services and oil drilling. In order to seek to achieve its investment objective, the Manufacturer will use a replication strategy by investing directly in the underlying equity securities of the MarketVector US Listed Oil Services 10% Capped Index (the Index).
