The investment objective of the Fund is to track the price and the performance, before fees and expenses, of the Solactive TC Quant EU 50 Index NTR (the Index). The Index provides exposure to a portfolio of European equities. Fund will employ a passive management (or indexing) investment approach and will seek to employ a replication or representative sampling methodology, meaning insofar as possible and practicable, it will invest in the securities in proportion to the weightings comprising the Index.
