The Fund seeks to track the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the Solactive Innovative Technologies Index. The Index is governed by a published, rules-based methodology and is designed to measure the performance of an investable universe of publicly-traded companies that are involved in innovative and disruptive technological trends across a broad range of industries. Fund will employ a passive management investment approach and will seek to employ a replication or representative sampling methodology, meaning insofar possible and practicable, it will invest in all of the securities comprising the Index.
