The Fund is an index tracking fund (also known as a passively managed fund).The Fund seeks to track the performance of the Bloomberg U.S. Intermediate Corporate Bond Index (the Index) as closely as possible. The Fund invests at least 90% of its assets in government and government-related bonds and corporate bonds which are securities of the Index. These securities will only include bonds that have a maturity of between one and ten years remaining and must be fixed rate, U.S. dollar denominated, taxable and rated investment grade (high quality) as defined by the Index methodology.
