The investment objective of the Fund is to track the performance of the long dated, U.S. Treasury bond market. The Fund seeks to track the performance of the Bloomberg U.S. 10+ Year Treasury Bond Index (the Index) as closely as possible. The Fund invests primarily in securities included in the Index. These securities will only include bonds that have a maturity of over ten years remaining and must be fixed rate and rated investment grade (high quality) as defined by the Index methodology. In seeking to track the performance of the Index, the Fund will use a stratified sampling strategy to build a representative portfolio.
