The objective of the Fund is to track the performance of the intermediate maturity U.S. Treasury bond market. The Fund seeks to track the performance of the Bloomberg U.S. 7-10 Year Treasury Bond Index (the Index) as closely as possible. The Fund invests primarily in securities included in the Index. These securities will only include bonds that have a maturity of between seven and up to (but not including) ten years remaining and must be fixed rate and rated investment grade (high quality) as defined by the Index methodology.
