The Fund seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, of 300% of the inverse of the daily performance of the ICE Semiconductor Index. The Index is a rules-based, modified float-adjusted market capitalization-weighted index that tracks the performance of the thirty largest US listed semiconductor companies.
