The Fund is a passively managed ETF. The objective of the Fund is to achieve the total return performance of the Morningstar MLP Composite Index (the Index), less fees, expenses and transaction costs. To achieve the objective the Fund will use unfunded swaps (Swaps). The Index is a leading index which provides a representation of energy master limited partnerships trading in the United States. The Index seeks to track U.S. publicly traded energy master limited partnerships (MLPs).
