First Trust Cloud Computing UCITS ETF A USD

The Fund seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield, before fees and expenses, of an equity index, the ISE CTA Cloud Computing Exclusions Index (the Index). The ISE CTA Cloud Computing Index (the Parent Index) is a comprehensive, rules based index designed to track the performance of companies by their involvement in the cloud computing industry by classifying them as Infrastructure-as-a-Service, Platform-asa-Service and Software-as-a-Service. The Fund attempts to replicate, before fees and expenses, the performance of the Index. The Investment Manager will seek to do this by replicating so far as possible the investments in the Index.
