The investment objective of the Fund is to achieve the net total return performance of the MAC Global Solar Energy Index (the Reference Index) less fees, expenses and transaction costs. The Reference Index is a thematic index which is designed to reflect the performance of the global solar energy equity sector and includes companies who derive significant revenue from solar business activities. In order to achieve the investment objective, the Fund will, as far as possible and practicable, hold all the shares in the Index in their respective weightings.
