The Fund is a passively managed index-tracking fund that seeks to provide investors with investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield of the Nasdaq US Rising Dividend Achievers Index (the Index) before fees and expenses. The Index is designed to measure the performance of a selection of securities that have increased their dividend value over the previous three-year and five-year periods.
