Fund objective is to generate growth over the long term (5 years or more) by investing in listed real estate investment trusts (REITs) and equities (company shares) of companies engaged in real estate related activities globally. Performance Target is to outperform the FTSE EPRA NAREIT Developed Net Index (the Benchmark Index) before charges. The Fund will invest at least 80% in listed real estate holding and development companies and REITs listed on global stock exchanges that make up the Benchmark Index.
