The Funds investment objective is to generate returns that closely correspond, before fees and expenses, generally to the price and yield performance of the Indxx Renewable Energy Producers v2 Index (the Index). The Fund is passively managed. The Index aims to provide exposure to publicly listed companies that produce energy from renewable sources including wind solar, hydroelectric, geothermal, and biofuels (including those that are formed to own operating assets that produce defined cash flows (YieldCos). A company must derive at least 50% of its revenues from renewable energy production.
