Invesco S&P 500 QVM UCITS ETF Dist

The objective of the Fund is to provide investors with investment results which, before expenses, correspond to the price and yield performance of the S&P 500 Quality, Value, and Momentum Multi-Factor Index (Net Total Return) in USD (the Index) by replicating all of the components of the Index. The Index aims to represent the performance of those companies within the S&P 500 Index which have the highest aggregate exposure to three investment factors: quality, value and momentum. To achieve the objective the Fund will, as far as practicable, hold all the shares in the Index in their respective weighting.
