Quantum computing refers to the development of hardware, software, and technologies that utilize the principles of quantum mechanics to perform computations based on quantum mechanical states, rather than the traditional binary framework of classical computing. The Fund, using a passive or indexing investment approach, attempts to approximate the investment performance of the Index by investing in a portfolio of securities that generally replicates the Index.
