The investment objective of the Fund is to track the U.S. equity market performance of large cap equity securities. The Fund seeks to track the performance of the S&P 500 Quality FCF Aristocrats Index (the Index) as closely as possible. The Fund is an index tracking fund (also known as a passively managed fund). The Fund invests primarily in securities included in the Index. The Index measures the performance of U.S. companies exhibiting higher quality characteristics relative to the overall companies in the S&P 500 Index (the Parent Index).
