Invesco Nasdaq-100 Income Advantage UCITS ETF Dist

In order to achieve its investment objective, the Fund will generally: (1) invest in a portfolio of U.S. equity securities (the Equity Component) designed to replicate the performance of the NASDAQ-100 Index (the Benchmark); and (2) employ an income generation strategy implemented through investment in equity-linked notes (ELNs) and/or options, along with holdings in cash and cash equivalent securities, including US Treasury Bills and money market funds (the Income Generation Component).
