The investment objective of the Fund is to provide investment results that closely correspond, before fees and expenses, generally to the price and yield performance of the Indxx Artificial Intelligence Index.The Index is designed to provide exposure to exchange-listed companies in developed markets that are positioned to benefit from the further development and utilisation of Artificial intelligence technology in their products and services, as well as to companies that provide hardware which facilitates the use of AI for the analysis of big data (collectively, AI & Big Data Companies), as defined by Indxx, LLC, the provider of the Index.
