The Fund seeks to track the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses of Bloomberg Commodity Index Total Return (the Index). The Index is a US Dollar denominated index designed to be a highly liquid and diversified benchmark for commodity investments. The Index covers four broad commodity sectors: energy, agriculture, industrial metals and precious metals. The Index is composed of commodity futures contracts rather than physical commodities.
