This Fund is passively managed. The objective of this Fund is to track the performance of Russell 1000 Growth Index (the Index), and to minimize the tracking error between the net asset value of the Fund and the performance of the Index. The Fund aims to achieve a level of tracking error of the Fund and its Index that will not normally exceed 1%. The Index is an equity index representative of growth style segment of the large-capitalization companies of the United States equity market. The Index is a subset of the larger Russell 1000 Index.
