The Fund, using a passive or indexing investment approach, attempts to approximate the investment performance of the Index by investing in a portfolio of securities that generally replicates the Index. The Product's investment objective is to replicate the price and the performance, before fees and expenses, of the MVIS Global Agribusiness Index. In order to seek to achieve its investment objective, the Manufacturer will normally use a replication strategy by investing directly in the underlying (physical) securities of the Index being the equity stocks, American depository receipts, and global depository receipts that consists of the component securities of the Index.
