The Fund seeks to gain at least 80% of its investment exposure to equity securities (e.g. shares) of companies domiciled in, listed in, or the main business of which is in, global developed markets selected based on a proprietary thematic rotation model developed by the investment manager (IM) and its affiliates. The IM may use financial derivative instruments (FDIs) for investment purposes in order to achieve the investment objective of the Fund, and/or to reduce risk within the Funds portfolio, reduce investment costs and generate additional income. The Fund may, via FDIs, generate varying amounts of market leverage.
