The Fund aims to achieve a long-term return in excess of the MSCI World Index (the Index) by investing in an actively-managed portfolio of global equities that meet environmental, social, and corporate governance criteria while limiting the volatility of the portfolio. The Fund will not seek to track the performance of an index. The Fund will hold an actively-managed portfolio of equities and equity-related securities with the aim of delivering superior risk-adjusted returns over the long term when compared with the average performance of global equity markets, for which the Index serves as a reference.
