The Fund is a passively managed exchange traded fund (ETF) that aims to track the performance of the FTSE Emerging All Cap ex CW ex TC ex REITS Dividend Growth with Quality Net Tax Index (the Index) subject to the deduction of the on-going charges and other costs associated with operating the Fund. The Index is designed to provide exposure to equity securities of companies in emerging markets that have historically had positive dividend growth trend, relatively higher forward estimated dividend yields and better quality characteristics.
