The investment objective of the Fund is to provide exposure to companies in Europe, excluding the United Kingdon with higher than average dividend and quality characteristics. The Fund is passively managed and aims to track the performance of the FTSE Developed Europe ex UK All Cap Dividend Growth with Quality Net Tax Index (the Index), before the deduction of fees and expenses. The Index is designed to provide exposure to companies in developed markets in Europe, excluding the United Kingdom, with higher than average dividend and quality characteristics, in accordance with its methodology.
